2025 season recap

The 2024 season brought some of the best whale watching and wildlife encounters we had ever experienced, but 2025 set a new record. This past summer, Sitka offered the most spectacular whale watching we have ever seen, truly the best in Sitka’s history. From late June through early September, our guests averaged an incredible 20 to 25 whale sightings per trip, with unforgettable moments of breaching, tail slaps, many lunges.

We are also happy to announce, 100% of trips that we went on we found whales!

Step aboard your own private vessel and enjoy a fully customizable 2 hour wildlife adventure in Sitka Sound. We can accommodate up to 13 guests on our new vessel, the Constellation.
With no other guests on board, the experience is entirely yours choose what you’d like to focus on, whether it’s spotting humpback whales, puffins at St. Lazaria Island, bears fishing along the shoreline or anything else Sitka has to offer. Your captain and guide will craft the perfect itinerary to match your interests.

We also love helping our guests celebrate life’s special moments. Planning a birthday? We can have a cake waiting. Anniversaries, engagements, retirement trips, or even a surprise family celebration our crew can help make it unforgettable with thoughtful touches just for your occasion.
