Captain Parker was phenomenal. He knew exactly where to go to make sure we saw all the wildlife we wanted. We saw 2 kinds of whales, sea lions, bald eagles, otters, salmon, jelly fish, and more! Book with them directly. No need to use an aggregate site that charges this small business a large commission.

This is THE tour that you want to take: absolutely amazing. Parker is the COOLEST tour guide you could ask for! Super communicative, texting you throughout to make sure you know where to go. He was on the radio and phone constantly, trying to help make sure we were in the best spot possible to see things. Clearly loves what he does and puts in the effort to share as much wildlife as he can.

The entire trip was amazing, from meeting Parker at the top of the ramp (his enthusiasm is contagious) to seeing all of the wildlife! We started with an otter spotting, rolled up in kelp. Then we went on a whale search, which we found, and then we moved on to see the flying salmon, with amazing scenery on the way.

I have been on a lot of wildlife watching tours and this by far exceeded any I have been on. The boat captain took his time to make sure we got to see whales in action and boy did we!! This excursion has been the highlight of our trip so far. When I come back to Sitka, I plan to book this tour again. Sitka Expeditions is the tour to book!
